Restaurant Development End Cap with Drive Thru. Occupancy approval rated at 52. Space was a complete shell with no finishes. All Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing was installed as nothing was re-used. Exterior grease trap was added per local requirements.

Wing Street
Auburn, Alabama

Restaurant Development project In Auburn, Alabama for the new prototypical Pizza Hut Wing Street Building. Project required the re-zoning of the property from residential to commercial as the location had a home and a well system existing on the site. Total construction time was a total of 67 days from the issuance of the building permit to the issuance of the Certificate Of Occupancy. The demolition of the dwelling as well as the capping of the well system is included in the timeline.

Taco Bell
Statesboro, GA

Restaurant Development site in Statesboro, Georgia consisting of a freestanding building with a drive thru with a bypass lane. Total Construction time from issuance of Building Permit to the Certificate Of Occupancy was 67 total days. Site property had never been developed and was a dirt lot. All utilities were added for the entire site.

Taco Bell
Stone Mountain, Georgia

Restaurant Development site consisting of the demolition and removal of an existing Taco Bell. Project was designed and staged so that the new unit was placed on the side of the existing unit and was kept operational during the construction of the new Taco Bell. Restaurant was developed on a pad site within a shopping center parking lot. Total Construction time from the issuance of the Building permit to the Certificate Of Occupancy was 75 days. This timeline included the removal of the old Taco Bell and the re-pavement of the existing lot.

Ballard Designs
Atlanta, GA

Commercial project consisting of Major exterior renovations with building and parking. Created new parking areas with electronic gates, concrete steps, security Lighting and security enhancements. Interior renovation consisted of a total of approximately 48,000 SF to be completed in two phases. Phase 1 was a complete demolition of approximately 24,000 SF with all walls, ceilings, mechanical duct, controls, low voltage, furniture and all finishes removed. Reconstruction was completed in 8 weeks and included all walls, private offices, modular furniture, cubicles, a complete lighting package, new duct and controls, all voice and data cabling. All work stations and offices were punched down and labeled for low voltage prior to employees moving back in. Phase 2 is an exact repeat also completed within the eight week schedule. All employees maintained a complete staff of 65 to 90 members during the complete process.

Halperin Lyman Executive Law Office's
Dunwoody, Georgia

Tenant finish Build-Out for Executive Law Office consisting of ten private office suites, reception area, large conference room, break-room and IT room with static free finishes. Construction time was 30 days total from issuance of Building Permit to receiving the Certificate Of Occupancy.

Thyssen Krupp Corporate Office
Dunwoody, Georgia

Complete Demolition and reconstruction of Tenant Space and common corridors totaling 12,000 S.F. Special request that project be complete within 22 days due to delay in permitting and the fact that the Tenant had already vacated their original location. Complete demolition of all walls and finishes throughout with the exception of the ceiling. Project completed on time to the satisfaction of Thyssen Krupp. All common corridors surrounding space were completely renovated with new wall coverings, new carpeting, ceilings, lighting and new doors.

Residential Pool Cabana Patio
Roswell, Georgia

Residential addition to rear of house to be used as a pool cabana. Added new roofing system, arched accent wall with three archways, new columns, open ceiling at both ends and a finished ceiling in the center with a tongue and groove birch wood finish. Finished archway elevations and new columns in natural rock.

Residential Patio Addition
Woodstock, Georgia

Residential addition project consisting of approximately 308 S.F. Added to side of existing home with a 28' ridge gable roof. Treated 6x6 posts were installed for rafters. Completely screened in with double French doors leading into existing home and screen door leading to existing patio. Includes Sunken Hot Tub with isolated support, custom built in TV added to existing home's gable wall, stainless steel fireplace with gas lighter, tile slate flooring, rock fireplace front, custom mantel, tongue and groove spruce ceiling system, two ceiling fans were added and skylights were added above the hot tub.

Residential Theatre Room
Woodstock, Georgia

Residential renovation consisting of a theatre room and bar area. Custom Cherry Bar with cabinets and specialty glass. Theatre seating with two different seating elevations, and added stage at screening area. Includes Custom game room with two archway entrances, custom trim to match upstairs of home, specialty painting and wall finishes. Custom niche's and trey ceilings with recessed lighting were added and controlled by a lighting control panel.

Retail Center Renovation, Roswell Road
Sandy Springs, GA

Tenant Finish consisting of 1500 S.F. with all new finishes. Space was totally constructed including restroom and ceilings, new Mechanical units, walls, storefront, lighting and flooring. Total construction time was approximately 20 days.

Roswell Road Retail Center
Sandy Springs, Georgia

Vacant retail center requiring major overhaul for attracting prospective tenants. A complete demolition process was performed to the complete interior to include all finishes, walls, plumbing, electrical and mechanical. Space was reconstructed for two new tenants, one with 1,500 S.F. and the other 3,000 S.F. Complete interior including storefront was replaced with new including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Exterior of center was also renovated by patching and painting as well as re-paving of the parking lot in front and rear.
